2. Service Description

Optimizeprovides free online image optimization tools including compression, format conversion, and resizing. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You must not upload malicious files, copyrighted material without permission, or otherwise abuse the service.

4. File Limitations

Maximum file size is 20MB per image. We reserve the right to implement rate limiting and other measures to ensure fair usage and service stability.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your images. We do not claim any ownership of uploaded or processed images. Files are automatically deleted after 30 minutes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Optimize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
